Rope Tow Kellerbier

Kellerbier, or “cellar beer”, is a young, unfiltered, unpasteurized version of its base style. The base style for this beer is our Chairlift lager. This beer is pulled early before undergoing its full maturation and lagering period. This beer has a fuller body and softness due to yeast still being in suspension, and a lower level of carbonation due to this beer being 100% naturally carbonated during fermentation.

Chairlift Lager

Brewed with 100% pilsner malt from Gallatin Valley Malt and Czech Saaz hops. This is our take on a light lager. Easy drinking, crisp and refreshing. Perfect for crushing on the chairlift between laps.

Unique FMB’s

Après-Tea

Hard iced tea brewed with assam black tea, ceylon supreme black tea, and jasmine green tea. Slightly sweet and dangerously refreshing. Perfect for lawn chairs and innertubes. This FMB, or flavored malt beverage, is made from a fermented blend of tea leaves and sugar. It is fermented with a neutral wine yeast for a clean profile. This Tea is then mixed with more sweet tea to leave a slightly sweet taste.

IPAS

Off-Belay IPA

Your partner shouts, "Off-Belay!" This beer is a perfect reward for a long day of climbing. A modern IPA brewed with citra, simcoe and el dorado hops. Finishes dry and bright.

Darker Side

American Brown (Peaks to Prairie Collab)

American Lager brewed with 100% Montana grown ingredients. Brewed with Gallatin Valley Malt and Flathead Valley hops. This American Brown differs from its English counterpart in a few ways. Most noticeable would be the decrease in residual sugars. This beer finishes dry with notes of coffee, chocolate, and roast.

5.1% ABV 34 IBU 36 SRM

Cerveza De Las Montanas

Kellerbier version of a European Dark Lager. This beer has notes of chocolate, roast, and coffee, but drinks fairly light and very refreshing. Brewed with pilsner malt, corn, chocolate malt, and roast malt along with zuper saazer hops.

SOURS

Summit Sour (Cherry Lime)

Slightly tart Cherry lime ale fermented with 124# of sweet cherry, and 42# of key lime puree. This beer is bright and refreshing with a slight acidic bite and the taste of fresh cherry lime. Pairs well with hot summer days
